CRF250 HRC style 280MM oversized front disc brake kit up to 2017

This is an HRC replica 280mm oversize front disc kit.

The factory Honda ones we replicated are prone to bending at the 3mm thickness, because of this we manufactured 4m thick stainless steel heat treated material and had it surface ground to 3.5mm to be able to use stock brake pads. This gives a superior brake feel and much more strength built into the boot.

The carriers are CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium and anodised the factory bronze colour.

The front disc is only available in the 6 bolt design so this will fit the stock Honda hub from 1995 all the way through 2022, though this hub can be fitted to the earlier models to be able to utilise this disc set up.
